About

Glenn Kessler, founder of The Wooden Fishery and Salt Bay Woodworking, has a Ph.D .in Philosophy and has published papers on future branching time, foundations of mathematics, C.G. Jung and information technology management. He now lives on the Great Salt Bay in Newcastle, Maine and crafts custom pieces including wooden fishes inspired by the annual run of Alewives from the Great Salt Bay to Damariscotta Lake. .  

 

The fish are available at The Beach Plum Company. Custom pieces, including turned bowls, clocks and boxes, are available exclusively at Gifts At 136 in Damariscotta  or by contacting Glenn at info@thewoodenfishery.com.
